Ingredients
1/2 red onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 and 1/3 cups of cashews
3 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp salt
Instructions
Soak cashews in water for 5 hours or overnight.
Chop red onion into small pieces, and mince garlic.
In a blender combine onion and garlic. Gradually add in cashews and cashew water until thick consistency is formed.
Enjoy with spaghetti and sautéd veggies in olive oil.
