These vegan muffins turned out to be soft, chewy and delicious! With no added sugar, and lots of organic nut butter, it’s the perfect healthy snack! I also love how they turned out using silicon muffin liners, they’re reusable and pop out so easily!

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 banana, mashed
1/2 cup cashew milk
4 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, mash one banana, and add in maple syrup, vanilla, cashew milk and peanut butter. Fold in dry ingredients and mix in chocolate chips. Bake for 20 mins and enjoy!
