This oven baked salmon is so easy to make and is full of flavour. It also pairs so well with some mushroom stir-fry! The combination of soy sauce and brown sugar is perfect on the salmon, and the extra sauce mixture can be used on the veggies.

Ingredients
1 piece of salmon fillet
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp hot water
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425.
Season salmon piece with paprika, pepper and salt. On a pan with olive oil and medium heat, fry the salmon skin side up for about 3 minutes.
In a bowl mix in soy sauce, brown sugar and hot water.
Place salmon onto a baking tray skin side down, and pour soy sauce mixture on top. Bake for 10 mins. Increase the heat to 485 and bake for another 5 mins.
