Ingredients
Berries:
2 cups fresh blueberries
3 tbsp flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Cobbler:
3 tbsp white sugar
1 cup flour
1 and 1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of cinnamon
3 tbsp oil
1/3 cup milk
1 egg
Instructions
In a large bowl combine the ingredients for the cobbler starting with the sugar, flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well. Add in oil, milk and egg. Pour cobbler mixture into the base of a lightly greased slow cooker.
In a separate bowl combine the berries, flour, lemon juice and sugar. Pour berry mixture over the cobbler into the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 2 hours.
Enjoy with some ice cream!
