Ingredients
4 Portobello mushroom cups
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 tbsp lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
Instructions
Wash and dry mushroom cups after removing stems. Place face up in a tray. In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, oregano, and 1 tsp of salt. Pour mixture over mushroom cups and let rest for 15 mins.
In a another bowl add in mayo, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt and paprika.
In a cast iron skillet lightly greased with olive oil, place mushroom cups on top and cook for 5 mins on each side.
Service with spicy aioli and enjoy!
