HEALTHY SNICKERDOODLES

This delicious snack will leave you feeling warm and cozy inside. With cinnamon and brown sugar, it’s a great combo and it’ll be hard to stop at just one!

Ingredients

2 and 1/4 cups of almond flour

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

2 tbsp honey


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl and then add in wet ingredients until dough is formed.

Form balls and flatten with spoon onto a baking tray.

Bake for 15 mins and top snickerdoodles off with a mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Enjoy!
