Ingredients
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup cashew milk
1/4 cup ground flax
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup coconut flour or all purpose flour*
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a food processor or by hand until smooth batter is formed. *if using all purpose flour, bake flour at 350 for 5 mins*
Place a spoonful of batter into mini muffin cups and freeze for 2 hours or overnight. Serve cold to get that fudge texture, enjoy!
