It’s been sooo long since I’ve had some butterfingers and they were one of the faves. These healthy butterfinger bites are so easy to make and you only need 4 INGREDIENTS, that’s it! There’s no refined sugar, and no baking required, it’s quick and easy!
Recipe
Ingredients
Filling:
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
4 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 cup Rice Krispies cereal
Coating:
1/4 cup vegan semi sweet chocolate chips
3 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
In a bowl mix the maple syrup and peanut butter until well combined, you may need to microwave it for 30 seconds to soften your pb if it isn’t creamy.
Fold in Rice Krispies until well combined.
Form balls from the mixture and place in the freezer for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, combine chocolate chips and maple syrup and microwave for 45 seconds.
Take the pb balls out of the freezer and coat them in the chocolate mixture. Place coated bites on parchment paper and freeze for 1 hour. Enjoy!
