Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups plain/Greek yogurt
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup mixed berries
1/4 cup peanuts
Instructions
In a bowl combine yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, lime juice and salt. Fold in berries and peanuts and pour mixture onto a 8x8 baking tray.
Freeze for 3 hours or overnight. Slice into squares and enjoy!
