If you’ve been following my page, you probably noticed I love making brownies, and today I decided to try a new recipe!
These delicious flourless brownies are made from black beans and are packed with protein! They’re moist, chocolatey, and the perfect healthy snack!

Ingredients
2 cups of black beans
3 eggs
3 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a food processor, blend black beans until a purée is formed. Add in eggs, vanilla, and oil. Mix until combined
Fold in sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Finally mix in chocolate chips.
Pour mixture into a square baking tray and bake at 350 for 20 mins. Enjoy!
