Ingredients
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
2 tbsp vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup cashew milk
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp cocoa powder
Half a banana
Instructions
In a mason jar, combine oats, flax seeds, yogurt, milk, honey and cocoa powder. Mix well and store in the fridge overnight.
In the morning top it off with some sliced bananas. Enjoy!
