CHICKPEA CHOCOLATE CHIP BLONDIES

These healthy blondies and soft, chewy and packed with protein! You can’t even taste the chickpeas, and it makes for a great combo with the peanut butter!

Ingredients

1 can of chickpeas

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup peanut butter

2 tbsp cashew milk

1/3 cup honey

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 cup flour

1/4 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350.

In a food processor, combine the drained chickpeas, peanut butter, vanilla, honey and milk until the mixture is smooth.

Fold in baking powder and flour. Then mix in chocolate chips.

Spread mixture onto a square baking tray covered with parchment paper and sprinkle extra chocolate chips on top.

Bake at 350 for 20 mins. Enjoy!
