Ingredients
16oz pack of shrimp, deveined and peeled
Marinate:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
Coating:
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
2 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
In a bowl, combine shrimp, vegetable oil, chili powder and salt. Mix well and let sit for 30 mins.
In a separate bowl, combine the ingredients for the coating. Coat the individual shrimp pieces on each side and place onto a baking tray.
Bake shrimp for 15 mins. Enjoy!
