Vegan Blueberry Chocolate Oat Cups

This delicious oat cup recipe only needs 6 ingredients. It's so simple, and is the perfect breakfast/dessert! These little guys only took 10 mins to prep, and about 20 mins the oven. The base is made from whole ingredients, and turned out so crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside!

Ingredients

2 cups rolled oats

3 tbsp ground flax seeds

3/4 cup nut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup vegan semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cup blueberries


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375

In a bowl, mix the oats and flax together. Add in nut butter and maple syrup until thick consistency is formed.

Line a muffin tray, and place approx. 2 tbsp of oat mixture into each cup. Press down in the middle to form a tart shape.

Add in a few chocolate chips into each cup, and top them off with the blueberries.

Bake at 375 for 15 mins. Increase heat to 425 for 5 mins.
