Ingredients
2.5 cups of flour
1/2 cup chilled butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup of milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup strawberry jam
1 cup assorted berries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
In a bowl combine the flour,sugar,and baking powder.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
Add liquids to dry ingredients and add in cubes butter.
Mix together with a fork until the pastry is crumbly.
Use 3/4 of the mixture for the bottom layer by spreading onto a baking sheet.
Spread jam and berries on top.
Use remaining crumble to spread on top of the berries.
Sprinkle brown sugar on top.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
Chill before cutting and enjoy!
