BANANA OAT WAFFLES

These healthy mini waffles are the perfect breakfast! There’s no flour or added sugar so it’s a great healthy alternative! I got this mini waffle maker (the dash waffle maker) from @crateandbarrel and it works perfectly!

Recipe (makes 4 mini waffles)

Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats

1 egg

1/4 cup milk

1 ripe banana

1 tsp baking powder

dash of cinnamon


Instructions

In a blender, combine all the ingredients until well mixed.

Grease the waffle maker with 1/2 tsp of butter. Pour 1/3 cup of mixture into waffle maker and allow to cook.

Enjoy with maple syrup and extra sliced banana!
