Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 ripe banana
1 tsp baking powder
dash of cinnamon
red food colouring
Instructions
In a blender, combine all the ingredients until well mixed. Mix in red food colouring.
In a pan with melted butter under low heat, pour 1/3 cup of pancake mixture. Flip once bubbles form on top.
Enjoy with honey and strawberries!
